This notice covers the Beepcake website, contact requests, and research conversations.

When you contact Beepcake

The form sends your name, work email, and a message only when you submit it. Beepcake uses them to reply by email and arrange the conversation you requested. Submitting does not sign you up for updates, unsolicited calls or texts, or other marketing.

Leave passwords, access credentials, and customer or employee records out of the message. Beepcake does not need them.

When Beepcake contacts you

Beepcake writes to service companies listed in public industry directories to ask for a short conversation. The record is the company, how to reach it, and whether it replied. Ask to be removed and Beepcake will delete those details, keeping only the minimum needed to avoid contacting you again.

Conversations

Conversations are not recorded or transcribed. Brief notes are taken only with permission, kept privately, and never placed in a public repository, a chat tool, or an AI prompt. Anything published from these conversations is anonymized and reported in aggregate, so no company can be identified.

Where your message goes

Cloudflare processes form submissions, Postmark forwards them by email, and Fastmail stores the correspondence. Messages and notes are not sent to AI tools or analytics services.

Retention and deletion

Beepcake deletes inbound requests, related notes, and correspondence within 90 days of receipt unless you agree to stay in touch. Outreach research records are deleted within 30 days after the access-test decision; with permission, contact details for possible follow-up research may be kept for up to 45 days after that decision. The minimal do-not-contact record is kept to honor your request.

For earlier deletion or privacy questions, email privacy@beepcake.com. Provider backups and operational records follow the providers’ retention schedules.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Cloudflare hosts it and processes request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and limit abuse. Beepcake does not use this information to build visitor profiles.
